After Netflix announced making of a spinoff of “That’70s Show<\/strong>” in last October, now\u00a0“That\u00a0\u201990s Show<\/i><\/strong>” will bring back most of the original cast members, Topher Grace (Eric Forman), Mila Kunis (Jackie Burkhart), Ashton Kutcher (Michael Kelso), Laura Prepon (Donna Pinciotti), and Wilmer Valderrama (Fez) will each make guest appearances in the sequel series. The only main cast member not returning is Danny Masterson, who played Hyde, as he is preparing to stand trial for multiple cases of sexual assault.<\/p>\n

This doesn\u2019t surprise many fans as series mainly focuses on Callie Haverda\u2019s Leia Foreman who is the daughter of Eric and Donna. The story will see Leia visiting her grandparents for the summer as she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids. Original “That\u00a0<\/strong>\u201970s Show<\/strong>”\u00a0<\/i>stars Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp reprise their roles as Red and Kitty, respectively, and exec produce.<\/p>\n

Callie Haverda (The Lost Husband<\/i>) stars as Leia Forman and leads the cast of newcomers\u00a0in the 10-episode multicamera comedy. Ashley Aufderheide, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Reyn Doi and Sam Morelos round out the cast.<\/p>\n

The series was created by Gregg Mettler alongside Bonnie Turner, Terry Turner and Lindsey Turner. Marcy Carsey and Tom Werner return as exec producers. All told, That\u00a0\u201990s Show <\/i><\/strong>is the third series in the franchise, joining the short-lived sequel, That \u201980s Show<\/strong>, <\/i>after the original ran for eight seasons on Fox.<\/p>\n

Smith, 78, shared the photo to Twitter, showing himself and Rupp, 71, sitting at the Formans’ kitchen table. “Same Red and Kitty. Different decade,” he wrote.<\/p>\n
