Hutchins died of gunshot wounds when a weapon thought to be \u201ccold\u201d was fired.<br \/><br \/>According to the terms of the settlement, Halyna\u2019s widower Matthew Hutchins will be listed as an executive producer of the film and will be receiving a share of the profits.<br \/>In announcing the resolution, Hutchins said in a statement: \u201cWe have reached a settlement, subject to court approval, for our wrongful death case against the producers of <em><strong>Rust<\/strong><\/em>, including Alec Baldwin and Rust Movie Productions, LLC. Though certainly bittersweet, I am pleased that together, we will now complete what Halyna and I started. My every effort on this film will be devoted to honoring Halyna\u2019s legacy and making her proud.
