Miller had originally pleaded not guilty in October to a charge of stealing liquor from the home of a neighbor. The actor was apprehended after they were caught on surveillance footage.<br \/><br \/>According to a plea arrangement with the Vermont Superior Court in Bennington, the 30-year-old Miller is agreeing to a suspended sentence of 89 to 90 days in jail for a misdemeanor charge of unlawful trespass. They will be fined $500 plus a $192 surcharge and go on probation for one year.
