Titled <em><strong>The Passion of the Christ: Resurrection<\/strong><\/em>, the new film would focus on the three days after the crucifixion, culminating on Easter Sunday, when Christ is believed to have risen from the dead.<br \/><br \/>According to published reports, Jim Caviezel will be returning in the role of Jesus Christ. Back in 2020, he told reporters that Gibson and scriptwriter Randall Wallace were then working on a third draft of the script, which the actor said was going to be \u201cthe biggest film in world history <span style=\"color: #222222;\"><\/span>.\u201d Randall Wallace is also known for his script for <em><strong>Braveheart<\/strong><\/em>, Gibson&#8217;s 1995 Mel Gibson historical epic about medieval Scotland.<br \/><br \/>At least three more drafts have been completed since then, with production scheduled to begin this spring, says the <em>World of Reel<\/em>. <br \/><br \/>When <em><strong>The Passion of the Christ<\/strong><\/em> was released in 2004, the film had grossed more than $600 million worldwide, though it cost only $30 million to create, making it one of the most successful indie films in history <span style=\"color: #222222;\"><a style=\"color: #222222;\" href=\"https:\/\/topswisscasinos.ch\">schweizer online casinos<\/a><\/span>. It also garnered three Oscar nominations. That could be boring, and you think, &#8216;Oh, we read that,'&#8221; he said. In Gibson\u2019s view, the Resurrection is \u201cmore than a single event, it&#8217;s an amazing event <span style=\"color: #222222;\"><a style=\"color: #222222;\" href=\"https:\/\/study2go.eu\/vysshee-obrazovanie\/\">\u043f\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0443\u043f\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u0432 \u043d\u0435\u043c\u0435\u0446\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u0432\u0443\u0437<\/a><\/span>.
