The latest installment takes Ghostface and his teen survivors to New York City, where every subway car or bodega could be a battlefield.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s never been one like me, Gale,\u201d this latest Ghostface says to Gale Weathers on the phone in what looks to be a particularly intense scene, with the trailer suggesting that Gale may not be getting out of this killing spree alive. We also get a glimpse of the returning Kirby Reed from Scream 4, with Hayden Panettiere reprising the role she first played in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Melissa Barrera\u00a0(<strong>Sam<\/strong>),\u00a0Jasmin Savoy Brown\u00a0(<strong>Mindy<\/strong>),\u00a0Mason Gooding\u00a0(<strong>Chad<\/strong>),\u00a0Jenna Ortega\u00a0(<strong>Tara<\/strong>), and\u00a0Dermot Mulroney\u00a0are all confirmed for the next installment of Spyglass Media and Paramount Pictures\u2019\u00a0franchise, with\u00a0Samara Weaving\u00a0(<strong>Ready or Not<\/strong>, <strong>Mayhem<\/strong>, <strong>The Babysitter<\/strong>, <strong>Ash vs Evil Dead<\/strong>),\u00a0Tony Revolori\u00a0(<strong>Spider-Man: Homecoming\u00a0&amp;\u00a0No Way Home<\/strong>),\u00a0Jack Champion\u00a0(<strong>Avatar: The Way of Water<\/strong>),\u00a0Liana Liberato\u00a0(<strong>The Beach House<\/strong>),\u00a0Devyn Nekoda\u00a0(<strong>Ghostwriter<\/strong>),\u00a0Josh Segarra\u00a0(<strong>Arrow<\/strong>), and\u00a0Henry Czerny\u00a0(<strong>Ready or Not<\/strong>) also starring.<\/p>\n<p>Courteney Cox\u00a0will also be back as franchise heroine Gale Weathers.<\/p>\n<p>Scream VI, directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, and written written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. It is produced by William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein.
