In an Instagram posting, Vin Diesel has announced the April 4, 2025 will be the release date for Fast X Part 2<\/strong><\/em>, the next installment in the Fast and Furious<\/strong><\/em> franchise.<\/p>\r\n According to Diesel, the upcoming movie will be the first of a two-part series, but the actor hinted that a third episode might be forthcoming. It had been announced earlier that Fast X<\/strong> <\/em>director Louis Leterrier would be returning to direct Part 2<\/strong><\/em> according to a script written by Christina Hodson and Oron Uziel.<\/p>\r\n As Diesel pointed out in his posting: \u201cFor those who didn\u2019t know the Fast X<\/em> was just part one, know that part two is going to be an effort from our fast family and studio like you have never seen.\u201d The actor also lauded his co-star Jason Momoa by writing \u201cJason wanted to try something totally unique and special and ended up creating a scene stealing character that the world won\u2019t forget.\u201d<\/p>\r\n Diesel\u2019s Instagram posting included a picture of himself chatting with Momoa with the teaser: .”April 4th 2025\u2026 is less than 22 months away. I love how expressive and collaborative all of the actors in our franchise feel coming into the World’s Saga.
He concluded “Thank you all for showing up like you always do\u2026 7 billion means nothing if it doesn’t represent the true feeling of family and loyalty.”<\/p>\r\n
