Shooting for the project started at the beginning of the year and is expected to continue until the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The video showcases the cast and crew on the show set, as well as glimpses of different sets that will be utilized and some scenes being recorded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The actors reflected on their time on the show with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cinemadailyus.com\/?s=millie+bobby+brown\"><span class=\"s1\">Millie Bobby Brown<\/span><\/a>, who plays Eleven, recounting, \u201cI started when I was 10, I\u2019m now turning 20 years old.\u201d Noah Schnapp said, \u201cIt\u2019s just so exciting, I think this is going to be the best season yet.\u201d The final season is expected to finish filming around Christmas, currently just halfway done.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Netflix teased in social media post, \u201cTake it all in, nerds\u2026we\u2019ve hit the halfway mark of filming the final season and wanted to give you all a look at what we\u2019ve been up to.\u201d In a recent interview, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm1638321\/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_0_nm_8_in_0_q_mayah\">Maya Hawke<\/a> said that the eight episodes of the season feel like eight \u201cvery long\u201d films. She said, \u201cSeason 4 and season 5 are very connected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The series stars <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0000213\/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_2_nm_2_in_0_q_winnoa%2520ryder%2520\">Winona Ryder<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/find\/?q=David%20Harbour&amp;ref_=nv_sr_sm\">David Harbour<\/a>, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Charlie Heaton, Sadie Sink, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Cara Buono, and Brett Gelman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Also back are Jamie Campbell Bower as Vecna and Amybeth McNulty as Vickie, while the cast will be joined by <strong>Terminator <\/strong>veteran Linda Hamilton.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Newly announced to be joining are Nell Fisher (<strong>Bookworm<\/strong>), newcomer Jake Connelly and Alex Breaux (<strong>Joe Pickett<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">The series is created and executive produced by Matt and Ross Duffer, who also serve as showrunners.
