It’s impossible to find a comic book where Kraven, the Spider-Man foe, is portrayed in a heroic light. So it’s evident that he won’t be receiving the heroic treatment in Sony Pictures’ Kraven the Hunter<\/strong><\/a> movie this December.<\/p>\n

Sony Pictures released a newly released featurette which shows his sinister side as we see Aaron Taylor-Johnson<\/a>‘s Kraven hunting down his targets.\u00a0Kraven the Hunter<\/strong> is a standalone story, the same branding given to Madame Web earlier this year. That implies that it takes place in a unique reality instead of the world shared by Venom<\/strong>, Morbius<\/strong>, and Earth-616’s Vulture.<\/p>\n

Here’s what the synopsis describes,\u00a0Kraven the Hunter<\/i><\/strong>\u00a0is the action-packed, R-rated, standalone story of how one of Marvel\u2019s most iconic villains came to be. Aaron Taylor-Johnson plays Kraven, a man whose complex relationship with his ruthless gangster father, Nikolai Kravinoff (Russell Crowe), starts him down a path of vengeance with brutal consequences, motivating him to become not only the greatest hunter in the world, but also one of its most feared.<\/p>\n

What this featurette presenting here isn’t a single implication of Spider-Man or any superpowered-related things going on here..) or simply what filmmaker J.C. Chandor wants to have a different approach and reinvent the Kraven the Hunter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The film is directed by J.C.
