Amazon has dropped a new featurette for the film, Unstoppeble<\/strong><\/a> which is based on a true story about Anthony Robles.<\/p>\n

One of a kind wrestler, Anthony Robles (played by Jharrel Jerome) who defied every expectation to become a national wrestling champion. This film marks William Goldenberg\u2019s directorial debut. He is a decorated Academy Award winning editor for\u00a0Argo\u00a0with previous nominations including\u00a0The Imitation Game,\u00a0Zero Dark Thirty,\u00a0Seabiscuit,\u00a0and\u00a0The Insider.<\/p>\n

Here’s what the synopsis describes : Unstoppable<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>is the inspiring true story of Anthony Robles (Jharrel Jerome) who was born with one leg but whose indomitable spirit and unbreakable resolve empowered him to defy the odds and pursue his dreams.<\/p>\n

With the unwavering love and support of his devoted mother Judy (Jennifer Lopez<\/a>) and the encouragement of his coaches, Anthony fights through adversity to earn a spot on the Arizona State Wrestling team. But it will demand everything he has, physically and mentally, to achieve his ultimate quest to become an NCAA Champion.<\/p>\n<\/ins>\n

The film features an all-star ensemble cast including Jharrel Jerome, Bobby Cannavale<\/a>, Michael Pe\u00f1a with Don Cheadle<\/a>, and Jennifer Lopez. Anthony Robles himself is seen in the film and credited as \u2018Anthony Robles Double\u2019 performing the complex wrestling moves and stunts. He is also a producer on the film.<\/p>\n

Unstoppable<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0is produced by Artists Equity, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon\u2019s production company.<\/p>\n

Jharrel Jerome trained for months and worked very closely with Anthony to establish the physicality and determination required for the role. Unstoppable<\/span>\u00a0employed Accessibility Coordinators from IndieVisible to ensure a safe working environment, including productivity tools for all cast and crew.<\/p>\n
