That war is ended by a use of neural transmitters that allow humans to inhabit robot bodies. Brown\u2019s Michelle lost her family and younger brother Christopher in a car accident,\u00a0 but when she encounters a robot (voiced by Alan Tudyk) claiming to be her brother, she goes on a journey to find out if he\u2019s still alive. Along the way, she meets Pratt\u2019s Keats, a smart-mouthed smuggler who has his own robot companion, Herman (voiced by Anthony Mackie), and the four of them head into the forbidden zone where robots have been imprisoned once the war ended.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cinema Daily US<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> critic Edward Douglas has seen <\/span><b><i>The Electric State<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which will hit select theaters on Friday, March 7, and then streams on Netflix starting March 14.
