Warner Bros<\/a>\u2019 and DC Studios<\/a> has just dropped a special behind the scenes look.<\/p>\n

\u201cJames (Gunn) didn\u2019t know that Superman was in his future,\u201d says DC Studios co-boss and\u00a0Superman\u00a0<\/i>producer Peter Safran. Safran says that he wasn’t certain if this was the right thing to do. But then he called me and said, ‘I have a way in. I know what I want to talk about.’<\/p>\n

This behind-the-scenes piece indicates that Warners continues to sell the awe and heartwarming inspiration in “Superman<\/strong>“, which distinguishes it from Zack Snyder’s “Man of Stee<\/strong>l”. That’s a positive thing. “Man of Steel<\/strong>” fetched $116.6M in 2013 and “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice<\/strong>” fetched $166M and Justice League fetched $93.8M.<\/p>\n

The film stars David Corenswet<\/a> as Clark Kent\/The Man of Steel, Rachel Brosnahan<\/a> as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult<\/a> as Lex Luthor, Isabel Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern Guy Gardner, Edi Gathegi as Mr. Terrific, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, and Milly Alcock as Supergirl.<\/p>\n<\/ins>\n

“And that\u2019s a wrap,”\u00a0Gunn posted earlier this year when filming concluded.\u00a0“God bless our cast and crew whose commitment, creativity, and hard work have brought this project to life. I set out to make a movie about a good man in a world that isn\u2019t always so much. And the goodness and kindness and love I\u2019ve encountered on a daily basis on the set has inspired me and thrust me forward when I felt too spent to move on my own.<\/p>\n
