Except, they don\u2019t. Sometimes it should just be something you want to see as a filmmaker\u2026and sometimes the only way to see it is to show it.\u201d He also reminisces about how he wanted to fire the entire writers\u2019 room on <strong><em>Avatar 2<\/em><\/strong> because they were too focused on new ideas rather on strictly following his guided approach of first analyzing what worked and what didn\u2019t in the first film.<\/p>\n<p>Understanding his shortcomings are also rooted in an aspiration to something better.
