A24 has released the trailer for the brand-new pop melodrama and horror tale “Mother Mary<\/strong>“, which is a collaboration with celebrated filmmaker David Lowery (“The Green Knight<\/strong>” and “A Ghost Story<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel\u00a0lead in the film which also stars Hunter Schafer,\u00a0Atheena\u00a0<\/strong>Frizzell, Kaia Gerber, Jessica Brown Findlay, Isaura Barb\u00e9-Brown, Alba Baptista, Sian Clifford, and FKA Twigs.<\/p>\n The official synopsis states that the film is about the relationship between a musician and a fashion designer.It appears from the trailer that that relationship is extremely toxic. Hathaway portrays a well-known singer, but Coel, the original fashion designer who brought the singer to fame, was left to dry. After a while, the singer returns to the designer’s workshop and starts working with her again. The designer initially declines, but surprisingly agrees, leading to a battle of wills between the two women.<\/p>\n In addition to composing an original score, Daniel Hart composed an original score for the film, which features original songs written and produced by Jack Antonoff and Charli XCX.<\/p>\n Jack Antonoff and Charli XCX write and produce original songs for the film alongside an original score composed by Daniel Hart.<\/p>\n The film was written, directed, and produced by Lowery, along with Toby Halbrooks, James M.
