It appears Sacha Baron Cohen<\/a> has completed filming on a new feature film featuring his well-known character Ali G, the interviewer. The Insneider<\/a> initially broke this story, then a several media followed up the story including Deadline<\/a> and Empire<\/a>. They mentioned that the film was shot secretly and will probably be available next year.<\/p>\n

It indicates a span of about 25 years since the 2002 comedy film “Ali G Indahouse<\/strong><\/a>,”\u00a0which starred Martin Freeman, Charles Dance, Michael Gambon, and Rhona Mitra. The Ali G persona first graced Channel 4’s “The 11 O’Clock Show<\/strong>” before transforming into the central character of “Da Ali G Show” during the early 2000s.<\/p>\n

Cohen continued by creating films that included two of his previous character creations \u2013 “Borat<\/strong><\/a>” in 2006 (and once more in 2020) and “Bruno<\/strong><\/a>” in 2009. A spokesperson for Cohen declined to comment on the trades.
