The result is a new version titled \u201cThe X-Files: I Want to Believe Vrach Frankenshteyn\u201d which will premiere on Hulu on August 14th. Almost two decades later, he states, &#8220;Now I have a chance to revisit and create the most frightening film that I had always envisioned.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Frankenstein, Vrach, is a Russian term referring to Dr. Frankenstein.
