The \u201cSex and the City\u201d spinoff \u201cAnd Just Like That\u2026\u201d finally released a new trailer and announced a premiere date. The show will premiere on Dec. 9 on HBO Max. Then, the show will pick up a decade and change after Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Charlotte York (Kristin Davis), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Samatha Jones (Kim Cattrall) were last onscreen. The fourth member of Sex and the City<\/i>\u2018s core cast, Kim Cattrall, isn\u2019t involved in the follow-up after falling out with Parker.<\/p>\n

The much-anticipated show will follow the women as they make the transition from navigating their love&friendship through their journey in their 30s to 50s.\u00a0The trailer shows Carrie, Charlotte, and Miranda dining out together while Carrie\u2019s said, \u201cThey say some things never change.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u201cSex and the City\u201d creator Darren Star also isn\u2019t part of And Just Like That<\/i>; Michael Patrick King, who served as showrunner for this series and wrote and directed both feature films.<\/p>\n

The show\u2019s cast also features SATC<\/i> favorites Chris North, Evan Handler, David Eisenberg, Mario Cantone and the late Willie Garson.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
