Chu&#8217;s\u00a0follow-up has found a new writer to replace screenwriters Peter Chiarelli and Adele Lim who involved in<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>a pay disparity controversy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Warner Bros. and Color Force have found a Chinese-Australian writer Amy Wang\u00a0to pen the highly anticipated sequel, which will star Constance Wu and Henry Golding. Wang is a story editor on Netflix\u2019s \u201c<strong>Brothers Sun<\/strong>,\u201d and has also worked on \u201c<strong>From Scratch<\/strong>\u201d and directed episodes of Facebook\u2019s \u201c<i><strong>The Birch<\/strong>.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>This update comes after \u201cCrazy Rich Asians\u201d co-writers Chiarelli and Lim were at the center of a pay dispute.
