A new trailer has been released by Focus Features for “Song Sung Blue,” which features Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson as members of the Neil Diamond tribute band Lightning and Thunder, which is based on the 2008 documentary of the same name.
Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson star in “Song Sung Blue,” a story about two down-on-their-luck musicians who form a cheerful Neil Diamond tribute band that changes their lives.

Lightning & Thunder, the tribute band, was created in this way, The blossoming of romance, the telling of backstories, and the use of leaf blowers as hair conditioners occur.
Michael Imperioli, Ella Anderson, King Princess, Mustafa Shakir, Hudson Hensley co-star, with Fisher Stevens and Jim Belushi also appearing in the film from writer-director Craig Brewer. He also produces alongside John Davis and John Fox.
Focus Features presents the musical adventure to theaters on Christmas Day.
