Her best-known work includes singles XS, Comme des Garçons, and Chosen Family, a duet with Elton John, and her debut album, Sawayama.

Sawayama will star alongside Keanu Reeves, who returns to reprise his role as the title character. The first film was released in 2014, followed by John Wick: Chapter 2 in 2017 and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum in 2019. The fourth film was supposed to be released last week, but was pushed back due to shooting conflicts for Reeves with the fourth installment of another franchise, The Matrix. It’s now set to be released exactly one year from today. At some point after that, we’ll also get John Wick: Chapter 5, a prequel series called The Continental, and a spinoff called Ballerina.

Director Chad Stahelski will be back for the fourth film, and expressed his feelings about this casting news to Deadline: “I’m so glad to have Rina on board to make her feature film debut in John Wick: Chapter 4. She’s an incredible talent who’ll bring so much to the film.

” The script for the fourth film will be written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch, replacing Derek Kolstad, who wrote the first three films and recently penned the script for Nobody. Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Stahelski will produce, while Reeves and Louise Rosner will executive produce. Production is slated to begin this summer in France, Germany, and Japan.
