20th Century Studios has unleashed its trailer for “Predator: Badlands”, the sixth installment of the popular sci-fi action series.

Elle Fanning plays the role of two twin sisters, opposite Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, who plays a young member of the extraterrestrial Predator species in the movie directed by Dan Trachtenberg. Trachtenberg is the director and reunites with ‘Prey’ screenwriter Patrick Aison to write the screenplay.

Trachtenberg has directed films like “10 Cloverfield Lane” and shows like “The Lost Symbol”, “The Boys“, “Black Mirror” and “BlackBoxTV“. John Davis and Brent O’Connor serve as producers.

Fanning recently starred as Russian monarch Cathrine the Great in three seasons of Hulu’s “The Great” and starred opposite Timothée Chalamet as Sylvie Russo in James Mangold’s Bob Dylan biopic “A Complete Unknown.”

The original “Predator“, with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Carl Weathers, was released in 1988. The film was made for $15 million and made approximately $100 million at the global box office. Other films in the “Predator” franchise include 1990’s “Predator 2“, 2010’s “Predators” and 2018’s “The Predator“. The famous extraterrestrial monster has also gone toe-to-toe with Xenomorphph from the ‘Alien’ franchise twice.

“Predator: Badlands” hits theaters on Nov. 7, 2025.
