Sony Pictures has finally unveiled the official trailer for the Big George Foreman movie, previously called “Heart of a Lion.” After being delayed from opening in last year, this boxing biopic is now set to release in April, and the movie’s full title is really long: Big George Foreman: The Miraculous Story of the Once and Future Heavyweight Champion of the World.
The biopic tells the life story and follows the boxing career of the legendary George Foreman. The film is directed by George Tillman Jr. (“The Hate You Give,” “Notorious,” “Soul Food”), the screenplay comes from Frank Baldwin & Tillman Jr., and the film stars relative unknown Khris Davis (“Judas and the Black Messiah”) in the title role.
