The new survival-themed black comedy/thriller “Send Help” has now released its first trailer, following the release of the first photos this morning.
Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien play the roles of Linda Liddle and Bradley Preston, who are both colleagues on a consulting firm’s strategy and planning team.
Despite her capabilities, hard work, but overlooked status, her boss is a credit-taking glory hound and over-demanding. Despite their differences, they soon become the sole survivors of a plane crash during a business trip.
They must work together to survive on a deserted island, which entails overcoming past grievances. As tensions rise, it becomes a battle of wills and intellect. Who will emerge victorious?
Besides Rachel and Dylan, the film also stars Edyll Ismail (“La Brea”), Dennis Haysbert (“Far from Heaven”), Xavier Samuel (“Elvis”), Chris Pang (“Crazy Rich Asians”), Thaneth Warakulnukroh (“Thai Cave Rescue”) and Emma Raimi (“Happy Pills”)
“Send Help” is produced by Raimi and Zainab Azizi (“65”), executive produced by JJ Hook (“The Amateur”) and written by Damian Shannon & Mark Swift (“Friday the 13th,” “Baywatch”), with original music by Danny Elfman (“The Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Batman”). “Send Help” opens in cinemas on January 30th 2026.
