A Quiet Place: Day One | Official Trailer 2 (2024 Movie) – Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn

The second full-length trailer for “A Quiet Place: Day One,” which will soon be the prequel to John Krasinski’s hit horror franchise, has been unveiled by Paramount Pictures.

The film, which is written by Michael Sarnoski and Jeff Nichols and based on Krasinski’s original idea, will not focus on the Abbott family storyline but will instead develop within the universe of the two previous films. The first day of the sonic-targeting beasts arriving on Earth is the starting point for the new film, which promises to illustrate how our world went quiet.

The project features Lupita Nyong‘o (Us), Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things), and Alex Wolff (Hereditary). John Krasinski, Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller are the producers of the movie. Allyson Seeger and Vicki Dee Rock serve as executive producers.

According to the trailers, there will be a sudden arrival followed by chaotic destruction, and we will undoubtedly witness the world discovering that staying as silent as possible is the only way to survive. This film is not directed by John Krasinski, but he did write the script with director Michael Sarnoski.

This prequel also moves away from the Abbott family, who were featured in the first two movies. Instead, Lupita Nyong’o will play the new lead character, Sam, as she finds herself trapped in New York on the day the sightless aliens invade. Joseph Quinn, who co-starred in “Stranger Things” and “The Fantastic Four,” co-stars as Eric, one of the first survivors that Sam meets after the rest of the human population in New York is slaughtered.

Besides, Lupita Nyong’o (“Black Panther,” “Us“), Joseph Quinn (“Stranger Things“), The film also boasts a great assemble cast, Alex Wolff (“Hereditary“)—plus Djimon Hounsou (“Rebel Moon“), reprising his mysterious character from “A Quiet Place Part II.”
