The most gripping television dramas continuously immerse their characters in toxic love, buried secrets and the fallout of past choices that have been left unresolved. The returning hit show, Tell Me Lies, is doing just that by once again following its ensemble of college students. As scandals ripple across campus and consequences grow increasingly dire, the tight-knit circle of friends is forced to confront the damage left in their wake.

Tell Me Lies Season 3 follows Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) and Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White) as they’ve rekindled their tumultuous romance in time for spring semester at Baird College. While they promise things will be different this time, past indiscretions hinder their best intentions, and Lucy finds herself embroiled in a controversy with which she wants nothing to do.

Meanwhile, the disastrous repercussions from the previous year also force Lucy and Stephen’s friends to face their own destructive behaviors. As scandalous secrets fester around campus, vicious consequences threaten Lucy and everyone in her circle.

Besides Van Patten and White, the series‘ current season also stars an ensemble cast. Cat Missal, Spencer House, Sonia Mena, Branden Cook, Alicia Crowder and Costa D’Angelo round out the group of performers.

Meaghan Oppenheimer serves as the drama’s executive producer and showrunner. Emma Roberts, co-founder Karah Preiss and Matt Matruski are also executive producers on the series under their Belletrist banner, and Laura Lewis executive produces for Rebelle Media. Shannon Gibson, Stephanie Noonan and Sam Schlaifer also serve as executive producers, and Tyne Rafaeli is executive producer and director.

The show is adapted from Carola Lovering’s 2018 novel of the same name. She also serves as a consulting producer on the adaptation. The series is produced by 20th Television.

Hulu is releasing the first three episodes of Tell Me Lies‘ eight-part third season today, January 13, 2026. One new episode of the season’s remaining five installments will premiere every Tuesday, through February 17.
