Ryan Gosling Made an Amazing Transformation as Ken in Upcoming ‘Barbie’ Movie!

Warner Bros. Pictures and Mattel Film have released a first photo of bleach blonde Ryan Gosling and his spray tan abs which makes it perfect Ken in the live-action film of “Barbie” which hits U.S. theaters on July 21st 2023. The image is the second official still pic from “Barbie” to be released following a photo showing Robbie in Barbie’s pink convertible.

Greta Gerwig (“Lady Bird,” “Little Women”) directs and co-wrote the script with her partner Noah Baumbach. Production is currently underway in London on the project which stars Margot Robbie as Barbie alongside Kate McKinnon, Simu Liu, Issa Rae, Alexandra Shipp, America Ferrera, Michael Cera, Hari Nef and Will Ferrell.

While no plot details from “Barbie” have been confirmed, it’s rumored that several Barbie and Ken characters factor into the plot. And one of the co-star, Sim Liu described, “Barbie” as “wild” and “incredibly unique, I wish I could just show you what we do day-to-day because it’s crazy.”

“Barbie” is one of several Mattel properties with plans for a feature adaptation as “Hot Wheels,” “Polly Pocket,” “Magic 8 Ball,” “Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots” and “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe” are all in development.

The film opens opposite Chris Nolan’s “Oppenheimer” next Summer.
