Geena Davis & Susan Sarandon Celebrates 30th Anniversary of Thelma & Louis : Red Carpet and Q&A footages

GEENA DAVIS AND SUSAN SARANDON CELEBRATE THE 

30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THELMA AND LOUISE 

WITH SPECIAL DRIVE-IN SCREENING EVENT 

MGM celebrated the film’s 30th anniversary last night with a special drive-in screening and Q&A with Susan Sarandon, Geena Davis and the film’s screenwriter Caillie Khouri.

Davis and Sarandon also posed for pictures with the film’s Ford Thunderbird courtesy of the Petersen Automotive Museum Foundation.

The event was hosted in partnership with Cinespia and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the LA Regional Food Bank and The Geena Davis Institute On Gender In Media.

Synopsis: Directed by Ridley Scott from an Oscar®-winning screenplay by Callie Khouri, Thelma & Louise has been hailed as one of the best road movies of all time. Nobuhiro Hosoki grew up watching American films since he was a kid; he decided to go to the United States thanks to seeing the artistry of Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange.” After graduating from film school, he worked as an assistant director on TV Tokyo’s program called "Morning Satellite" at the New York branch office but he didn’t give up on his interest in cinema.
