Rocky IV : Rocky vs Drago the Ultimate Director’s Cut / Q&A with Sylvester Stallone

Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Philadelphia Film Center in Philadelphia, MGM hosted the Premiere of ROCKY IV: ROCKY VS. DRAGO – THE ULTIMATE DIRECTOR’S CUT with filmmaker and star Sylvester Stallone. The one-night only screening event was hosted in partnership with Fathom Events and featured a live Q&A with Stallone broadcast to more than 700 theaters nationwide.

Earlier in the day, Stallone surprised a group of Veterans at The Victor Cafe in Philadelphia and invited them to attend the Premiere. ROCKY IV: ROCKY VS. DRAGO – THE ULTIMATE DIRECTOR’S CUT Now Available On Digital and On Demand.

DRAGO: THE ULTIMATE DIRECTOR’S CUT:  During the Covid-19 shutdown of 2020, Stallone tackled his long-planned cut of Rocky IV, re-editing crucial moments, tightening the narrative, finessing the sound, trimming some scenes and delivering 40 minutes of never-before-seen footage. The fight scenes are more intense, the music is more powerful and the drama is heightened as world heavyweight champion Rocky Balboa (Stallone) must defend his title once again, this time against his most formidable opponent: Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren).
