Netflix has released a new teaser for “One Piece” Season 2, called ‘Into the Grand Line’, that introduces a new set of villains who are preventing Monkey D. Luffy’s (Iñaki Godoy) quest from moving forward.

The second film of the live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s record-breaking manga series will be directed by the ruthless group of assassins known as the Baroque Works, featuring: Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Lera Abova as Miss All-Sunday, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9 and Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek.

The streaming service will return to the high-seas adventure with fiercer adversaries on March 10 as Luffy continues his quest to find the fabled treasure known as the One Piece in his effort to become King of the Pirates. As they set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line, a legendary stretch of sea full of danger and wonder, the Straw Hats come across strange islands and new enemies.

“One Piece“, which has since been renewed for a third season, debuted in 2023 and spent eight weeks on top of Netflix’s Global Top 10, becoming the first Netflix English-language series to debut in the top spot in Japan.

The series is created in partnership with Shueisha and is produced by Tomorrow Studios (an ITV Studios partner). Matt Owens & Joe Tracz are the co-showrunners, writers and EPs for Season 2, while the latter joins with Ian Stokes to fulfill those duties for Season 3.
