An initial glimpse of the cast dressed up for director Sam Mendes’ forthcoming four-part Beatles film series at Sony Pictures has been released.

The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts utilized their social media platform to reveal exclusive postcards for four films.

Students and fans were searching for them on campus with cards that revealed costume test photos of Harris Dickinson’s John Lennon, Paul Mescal’s Paul McCartney, Joseph Quinn’s George Harrison, and Barry Keoghan’s Ringo Starr.

Each member of the band will have their own film about ‘The Beatles – A Four-Film Cinematic Event’, with Mendes directing all of them.

The films will be presented from the perspective of individual band members, but it is unclear how it will be presented. It is believed that each film will cover different periods in the band’s history, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.

Also starring will be Saoirse Ronan as Linda McCartney, James Norton as Brian Epstein, Mia McKenna-Bruce as Maureen Starkey, Anna Sawai as Yoko Ono, Aimee Lou Wood as Pattie Boyd, Harry Lloyd as George Martin, David Morrissey as Jim McCartney, Leanne Best as Mimi Smith, Bobby Schofiled as Neil Aspinall, Daniel Hoffmann-Gill as Mal Evens, Arthur Darvill as Derek Taylor, and Adam Pally as Allen Klein.

All four films will be released in cinemas on April 7th 2028.

Here’s the look.
