Following yesterday’s posting, Amazon and MGM Studios have unveiled the teaser trailer for the newest version of “The Thomas Crown Affair“.

This new take sees Michael B. Jordan both leading and directing the project and the trailer examines what Jordan brings to the project that’s different to the Steve McQueen and Pierce Brosnan versions.

Specifically, it leverages his physical prowess, enabling him to convincingly perform some stunt moves akin to Tom Cruise’s

Drew Pearce, who authored “Iron Man 3” and “The Fall Guy,” penned the screenplay for the flick where Thomas Crown, a wealthy individual, cleverly swipes a painting while an accompanying heist nearby diverts law enforcement’s attention.

A female insurance investigator, Adria Arjona, soon takes the lead by pursuing him, and together they fall in love amidst the cat-and-mouse competition.

The new “The Thomas Crown Affair” opens in cinemas on March 5th 2027.
