The Walking Dead icon Norman Reedus and Inglourious Basterds alum Diane Kruger have gotten engaged after about four years of dating. People.com cited an unnamed source as confirming Reedus, 52, and Kruger, 45, are making wedding plans. No details were immediately available, however.

The intensely private couple share a 2 1/2-year-old daughter whose name they still have not publicly disclosed and whose face they never show when they post family photos on social media. Reddus and Kruger met on the set of the 2015 movie, Sky, but didn’t start dating until 2017, according to EW.com.

The couple has not publicly spoken out about the engagement report and their representatives did not respond to the New York Post’s request for comment. Reedus also has a 21-year-old son named Mingus from his past romance with model Helena Christensen. Kruger previously dated Fringe actor Joshua Jackson. They broke up in 2016 after 10 years.

 

Reedus is now starring in the eleventh and final season of The Walking Dead, where he’s played a zombie apocalypse survivor Daryl Dixon since the first season in 2010. Kruger, whose roles include crime drama The Bridge and the 2019 international thriller The Operative, next stars opposite Sebastian Stan and Jessica Chastain in action-thriller The 355.
