My Policeman – Official Trailer | Prime Video : Starring Harry Styles, Emma Corrin, David Dawson

Besides all the gossip stories from “Don’t Worry Darling” in Venice Film Festival, Harry Styles has another movie on the way. Now, Amazon has unveiled an official trailer for “My Policeman,” the upcoming romantic drama starring Harry Styles, Emma Corrin, and David Dawson.

The film will be world premiere at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival on September 11, and also European premiere at the 2022 London Film Festival on October 15, finally it will open in cinemas on October 21st before becoming available to stream on Prime Video on November 4th.

A beautifully crafted story of forbidden love and changing social conventions, “My Policeman follows three young people—policeman Tom (Harry Styles), teacher Marion (Emma Corrin), and museum curator Patrick (David Dawson)—as they embark on an emotional journey in 1950s Britain. Flashing forward to the 1990s, Tom (Linus Roache), Marion (Gina McKee), and Patrick (Rupert Everett) are still reeling with longing and regret, but now they have one last chance to repair the damage of the past. Based on the book by Bethan Roberts, director Michael Grandage carves a visually transporting, heart-stopping portrait of three people caught up in the shifting tides of history, liberty, and forgiveness.

Directed by Tony winner Michael Grandage, screenplay by Ron Nyswane, based on Bethan Roberts’ queer romance novel in 2012. produced by Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Robbie Rogers through their Berlanti Schechter Productions banner, along with Cora Palfrey and Philip Herd.
