The official trailer for “Jackass: Best and Last“, which is the fifth and seemingly final movie in the beloved series, was unveiled by Paramount Pictures. Johnny Knoxville and his gang return for a final outing, featuring new stunts and stupidity, along with the greatest hits and biggest laughs of the past.
This movie is described as a joyfully raucous celebration of the mischievous camaraderie that we’ve come to love and anticipate from these idiots during the past 25 years.
Both old and new footage is included in the compilation along with stunts, skits, and pranks. The franchise will bring back some of its most significant stunts and pranks, along with never-before-seen archive footage that will feature Bam Margera.
All the usuals are here like Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Jason “Wee Man” Acuña, Preston Lacy, Dave England, “Danger Ehren” McGhehey, Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, Rachel Wolfson and Eric Manaka.
The new film comes three years after the fourth movie, “Jackass Forever” hit theaters. The original franchise began with a reality series on MTV in 2000, before expanding to multiple films, games, and merchandise.
“Jackass: Best and Last“, directed by Jeff Tremaine and produced by Spike Jonze, hits theaters on June 26th.
